Individually agreed projects
Each project is commissioned individually. Scope, deliverables, price, timing, revisions and usage rights are agreed in writing with each client before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or a fixed price.
Client materials
Product photos, briefs and other materials are exchanged privately by email or WhatsApp. The client confirms they hold the rights to any materials supplied.
Use of artificial intelligence
Visuals are created with the help of artificial intelligence tools under human creative direction. Specific usage rights for delivered materials are defined in the individual project agreement.
Independent creative concepts
Works labelled as Independent Creative Concept are speculative studies and do not imply any collaboration with, or endorsement by, the brands depicted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the European Union.
